Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We use USPS to deliver all orders. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Expedited Shipping: Maximum 2 business days
Please note that these delivery timeframes begin once your order has been processed and shipped.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days from the time of purchase. Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery times.
Shipping Rates

Flat Rate Shipping: $3.99 for orders under $25

Free Shipping: Available for orders of $25 or more
Expedited shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your order’s destination and weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Handling Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@gymati.com. Provide your order number and any relevant details so we can assist you.

Incorrect Addresses: Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We cannot guarantee delivery for incorrectly entered addresses.
Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
