To initiate a return, email info@gymati.com with your order details and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll provide a pre-paid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us. Items sent without prior authorization will not be processed. -
Restocking Fee:
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This fee helps cover processing and handling costs. -
